Wondeya Pricing
Wondeya turns a landing page into a conversation. Every plan includes the AI agent, the chat, the visual components, custom branding on the page, lead capture, and hosting on your own wondeya.app subdomain. You start free, with no card, and upgrade when your traffic asks for it.
Prices are in US dollars and are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Annual plans are billed once for the year and carry two months free compared with paying monthly. An annual term is made of twelve monthly usage periods, so the monthly quota above is the same whether you pay monthly or annually; it does not pool into one yearly total.
Free
For a first launch. One site, one page, one agent, and 25 AI responses a month, with no card and no expiration. The page keeps the Wondeya badge, and connecting a custom domain requires a paid plan.
Pro
For a live product. Everything in Free, plus 500 AI responses a month, up to three pages on your agent, one custom domain, scheduled re-crawl of your URL sources, removal of the Wondeya badge, and the ability to buy add-on packs.
Business
For several presences on one knowledge base. Everything in Pro, plus 2,000 AI responses a month, a second independent agent, up to five sites and ten pages, three custom domains, and five team seats.
Enterprise
For higher volume, more seats, or specific terms. Custom quotas and pricing. Write to [email protected].
Add-on packs
Add-on packs give a paid plan more capacity without changing the plan.
- $59 for 1,000 additional AI responses.
- Available on Pro and Business.
- Your monthly included quota is consumed first, and the pack balance afterward.
- Each pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the subscription drops to Free, the balance becomes temporarily unusable and its expiration is not extended.
What counts as an AI response
An AI response is one Visitor turn that your agent answers with generative inference. A turn served entirely from a cached answer does not consume an AI response, and a rejected or unauthorized attempt does not consume one. If a response is interrupted after its first component has already been produced, it may consume one AI response.
When you reach your monthly limit
Your page stays online. When the included quota is used up, the chat moves to a degraded mode with a form or a notice, and the static content of the page keeps serving. You can upgrade your plan or, on a paid plan, buy an add-on pack to resume answering right away. The quota resets on your period's monthly anniversary, and the reset date is shown on your meter.
Free workspace hibernation
To manage idle resources, the AI of a Free workspace may pause after a period of inactivity with no owner or administrator activity and no qualified Visitor turn. The static page stays available, and an owner or administrator can reactivate the AI from the console at any time. Paid plans are not hibernated.
How billing works
- Every new workspace starts on Free. There is no trial to expire and no card to enter.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with the full quota of the new plan. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and canceling does not delete your workspace or its data.
- Paddle handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds. You can request a refund of your first Wondeya subscription within 30 days of payment by writing to
[email protected].
Questions
Can I try Wondeya without paying? Yes. Free needs no card and does not expire.
What happens to my page if I stop paying? The page stays published. The workspace returns to the Free plan and its limits; your content is not deleted by canceling.
Do unused AI responses roll over? No. The monthly quota does not carry over. Add-on pack balances do carry over, for 12 months from purchase.
Can I connect my own domain? Yes, on any paid plan. Pro includes one custom domain, Business includes three.
